Available courses

Hello trainers welcome to Food and Beverage Service it covers the knowledge and skills necessary for those studying and/or 
working at a variety of levels in food and beverage service. The book also provides a framework 
on which to build further studies and to relate further acquired knowledge and experience.
An explanation of how information can be found in modules which 
summarises the tasks and duties for staff working in food and beverage service.

Course Structure

The course is divided into 12 modules, each module taking an average of two hours to complete. Each module has interactive activities and assignments for you to undertake. There will be five asynchronous sessions  where you will interact directly with your facilitators. 

This is a self paced course  requires to find your appropriate time and place to interact with the content.
